It is some heavy fucking shit and I don't really recommend trying it if you're in a bad headstate. I've tried it multiple times and enjoyed myself to some extent on the way up but NEVER when the real trip hit because I was too stressed at the time.
If you haven't done lsd I would definitely recommend that first, but on the other hand even a negative dmt trip is still a really unique, bizarre, interesting and cool experience, it's not something that'll traumatize you. And it only lasts like an hour, so it's easier to schedule than lsd.
