Idk, it's hard to say given I don't know exactly how the dysphoria is manifesting. I generally just disassociated my penis with any sort of masculine and feminine, and just treated it as a mechanical thing. It's a penis, it is there because of biology, it's hard because you're aroused, and any sort of pleasure associated with it is because it's wired to feel good.
