Yeah, it's where all my fat goes along with thighs. I do a simple A B A workout the days a week. Compound lifts mostly. Basically a modified starting strength. It just works. A-squats bench OHP B-deadlifts power cleans and back work. After that I'll do the suppliment work like glute bridges, pull ups, lunges, rotator cuffs, cable shit. It only takes an hour or two depending on how busy the gym is.
