I'd say the main difference that made me realize I was really femboy rather than tranny is that I don't really hate my penis, I don't mind being a guy and such either, in regards to pronouns and all that stuff. As far as glasses go, I'd advise either getting girly frames, and looking up ones that go best with your face shape (for a girl) or even better, get contacts or laser (which I know might be a problem)
I also have glasses but I just never wear them and deal with it because they just don't go with most outfits I have or the way I wear my hair now. They are about as girly as guys glasses get though, basically glasses made by a company that typically just makes girls stuff, they're essentially frames for fags.
For hair, I'm not sure what exactly to advise. Just let it grow a bit more, maybe try sideswept bangs more and less stuff going under your glasses/being held down by them. Look at femboys or girls with a similar face shape to you and see what they do.

They deflated a tiny bit but didn't go away at all. Upon starting hormones back up they picked back up relatively fast.
