It's functionally very similar, main difference being that some trans women can't self lubricate as much. Tissue, muscle, microbiota, etc. is all similar to identical, and the physical dimensions mostly depend on how diligently the person dilates.
There is no objective measure of pleasure but it's probably not really very different. Human genitalia is all the same tissue arranged in different ways. A neoclitoris won't have the same nerve density as the average AFAB person's clitoris but you can't really equate nerve density to pleasure - some folks' clitorises are too sensitive to the point of pain.

They usually use the head of a penis to create a clitoris. Generally it works out alright, but I have read some horror stories of it falling off, but it just gets re-attached since it's still connected to your body and it seems fairly rare.
After you get SRS, you have to diligently dilate the neo vagina very regularly or else is closes. It doesn't close because of tissue forming over it, rather you are forcing muscles that used to be very tense to be more relaxed. After around 6 months many people are able to dilate it with just regular sex, but you still need to dilate until 4+ years, and even then it's still safer to just dilate.

That's complete bullshit. That tissues share the same embryological origin in both sexes doesn't mean that they differentiate similarily. You're near guaranteed to never get vaginal candidasis with a neovagina no matter your estrogen levels, why? Because there's no epithelial glycogen production, the very substrate that candida needs to proliferate there. You need vaginal epithelium in addition to estrogen for that.
My quick mobile search regarding neovaginal flora turned up pretty much what I expected, that lactobacilli can be cultured from only a minority of neovaginas as compared to a majority of natals, and the flora more closely resembles bacterial vaginosis than normal vaginal. That other studies find lactobacilli at a high percentage in neovaginas by PCR doesn't prove anything unless it can be shown to be significantly higher than in males (perineum or similar) because lactobacilli are part of normal male genital flora too, just not as dominant.

The rare one does actually look pretty good and get pretty close.
