Yes, I'd say it's unimaginable for someone who's never experienced testosterone. If you have a normal male libido as a teenager you're probably thinking about sex at least like 80% of the time, and there's *always* a fairly significant level of background horniness no matter what you're doing.
It's actually pretty crazy to experience first hand. We've all learned that testosterone is vital for sexual drive but feeling the drop in lewd thoughts was like cleaning a lens for the first time in ages.
You don't really notice it while it's there because the lewd thoughts kinda take a back seat most of the time but they're pretty much always present in the background. Once I started HRT I was shocked that I was able to focus for so long without being distracted by my dick. Even just the drop in random boners was a nice qof perk since those things happen at the worst times.
