Hormones made me crave more shitty food. I started to get chubby and disgusting and my boobs were a real issue so I decided to diet on a "no food unless my tummy rumbles" basis. I figured i wasnt actually hungry just craving food.
Its really unsettling how little i can comfortably eat though. If i stick to my diet i can be on between 300-900 calories a day without getting really hungry. Been doing it for a few days now and my body has sorta adapted. Today i've eaten maybe 900 calories and i feel full and disgusting.
What fuels me is i like my body when i first wake up but i look and feel fat and disgusting when i eat so i always feel bad and want to diet when i eat.
Its probably going well. Also i switch out some of my main meals for vegetables. Switched out pasta and meat and just had vegetables in a tomato and olive sauce the other day. Tasted bretty good actually.
