well the question is meant to be more general but i am overweight. I would like to lose weight and tighten up certain places and prevent loose skin and what not. Idk really my goals up till now have just been to lose weight and i remember hearing online somewhere there is a certain work out specific towards trans women.
and most exorcises i know are to put on weight not put off. and bulk up not slim down

I need advice about exercise. My problem right now is having muscular biceps and thighs (at least that's the way I perceive them). I went from playing basketball to just running (2-3 mi) nearly every day. Should I do low weight, high reps with my arms? I just want them to be more twiggy (same thing applies to mah thighs).

You're not gonna build too much muscle. Estrogen+spiro will prevent that. You'd have to go on steroids for that to happen, which for someone HRT is like the opposite of logic, for reasons that should be obvious.
The best tip for losing muscle mass is endurance runs.
Sprinting builds more muscle, what you want to do is jog for 1-1.5 hours at a reasonable pace
