Sexual orientation is simply defined as an enduring pattern of romantic or sexual attraction (or a combination of these) to persons of the opposite sex or gender, the same sex or gender, or to both sexes or more than one gender.
As such liking animals, regardless of their level of anthropomorphization, can not be defined as a sexuality using the most basic terms because sexuality is more designed to describe the relationship between sex and gender than anything else.
The simpler way to describe it is as a fetish, specifically with the descriptors zoophilia and xenophilia. As a rule of thumb zoophilia can be used to describe a sexual attraction to animals and xenophilia is generally used in context to describe a sexual attraction to non-human sapient creatures. Arguably anyone into anthropomorphized creatures probably has both fetishes to some degree.
You could define this as a sexuality, but there wouldn't be much point and you would be over complicated and already increasingly complicated subject. It's much simpler to say that you have a fetish and that you've taken it to the extreme end of the spectrum where you simply cannot prolong arousal without indulging in that fetish to some degree.
