Have been on T for 13 months and am post-top. Once my facial hair fully grows in it should eradicate any remaining doubt from other people's minds. Only just now has the hair grown in all the spots that comprise a well-shaped beard, but it is just stubble for now.
Those at work knew me much earlier in the transition process and still occasionally gender me as female and force themselves to correct. I am very thankful for these niceties, but it is a reminder that first impressions stick, seeing as no stranger would "she" me.
On a related note, can I burn everyone that knew me pre transition? For science.
