Facial exercises I think will only promote wrinkles.
You can try facial posture like keeping your cheeks suctioned in + clenching jaw + lip slightly squeezed + cheek muscle slightly raised + subtle squint, or subtly biting cheeks (which is hard to do without being obvious) etc.
Otherwise it's buccal fat removal. But the cheek fat naturally thins out over time, you don't see old people with chubby cheeks, so you're risking your future with this option even if you check photos of how your parents aged it's risky.
You could also fix them with cheekbone, infraorbital rim, and jaw implants since a bigger face would spread out the soft tissue, this is how people get hollow cheeks naturally. That's a lot of expensive work though. Buccal pad removal is pretty cheap in comparison.
These are things to consider when you're too old to be a twink because chubby cheeks are a death sentence for men.
