We all know that MtFs and especially FtMs tend not to receive quite the same physical endowments as their cis peers when they go on hormones, in a variety of ways.
Do you know anyone who got lucky and managed in transition to develop far more than expected, or were such a person yourself? It can be something obvious like breasts or musculature, or something less notable but still unusual for an MtF or FtM.

Note that part of what I'm interested in here is how common it is for someone on hormones to meet or exceed the average for cis people, for whatever it is they're meeting or exceeding in this case.
Just over three months in and 36 B. "Lucky" in one sense, sure, but it's greatly contracted other transition expenses.

well i pass almost 100% pre transition and i always have, making for a very normal cis-like upbringing, so i'm lucky in that regard
i've never really seen hormones make a miracle out of someone though

My plan, originally, was to spread out mandatory things like hair removal, follicular transplants, and voice lessons out over about a year before socially transitioning. I've pushed a lot of that forward because unless >>5887360 is right about scarring, there's going to be no means shy of binding to hide them this hot, humid summer. Roughly twelve months plan contracted into roughly six.
Do all MtFs who grow big also grow fast, or can it be more gradual and still reach large sizes?

Not all that grow big brow fast. I met someone through a friend who just sort of slowly, but consistently kept growing. Her boobs are positively giant now. No implants. DD at least.

Pretty much all my most masculine features are just kind of androgynous. Soft round face, light amounts of body/face hair, height of 5'7 etc. Most clockable feature would be my shoulders which are kind of wide but their offset by my hips which are ridiculously wide. I don't know if the hormones did that or if they were always this wide but I have above average hips for a cis girl. My tits kind of suck though and my parents aren't going to be okay with me being a tranny, so life's full of compromises.
