When I was still going to therapy, there was one time I was in the waiting room (it's this lgbt resource place, volunteers for therapy, low cost doctors for trans stuff, not just trans stuff though.) Anyways, the waiting room started filling up, and there was this black girl in the chair opposite of me, was trying to figure out why she was there, since the place was filling up for some trans stuff going on that night. Tried my best to look for any signs of her being trans, voice, face, everything, couldn't find one, so I figured she was there waiting for some type of test result or something. Then (of course, otherwise I wouldn't be telling this story) I overheard her start talking to someone next to her about trans stuff, mentioning when she started hrt, etc. I literally tried my best to find something wrong with her passing and couldn't, so yeah op, it's possible
