i'm 18, just discovered i'm mtf, but i don't want to transition to become an ugly hon. i'm 6'1 broad shoulders and long man face, but i have about $120,000 in the bank (granddad won the lottery and died). i have no qualms about any surgery, but i'm a bit undecided on srs. tell me honestly, is plastic surgery magic enough to make me pretteh and pass 100%? caitlyn jenner is a hon despite being rich as fuck, but she's in her 60s.

pic unrelated but hot af

If you can get your face straightened out you can do it.

You can always do fat grafts from waist to hips and butt to get a nice hourglass. You are young so you have good potential. Just get the face situation under control.

Hi, Im also MtF started HRT at 19, 6'2'' relatively broad shoulder and pretty but somewhat masculine face so I feel you. Here is what you should do:
>1
Get on HRT, try to get a real AA like cyproterone acetate cause spiro sucks
>2
Get FFS with Dr Deschamps-Braly (or Facial Team, or Dr Spiegel, or Dr Harrison Lee). Dr D-B is probably the best FFS surgeon in the world but he's super expensive (~50k) I am getting mine done as soon as I have the money...
>3
Get breast augmentation, this will help with the broad shoulder (don't go too big though). I would recommend round silicone cohesive gel (gummy bear) implants under the muscle as it looks and feel the most natural. Just go see a couple of surgeon (Ive seen 5) and pick whoever you feel is best for you. BA is not rocket science of surgery so any decent surgeon should do. Protip: since you have a wide chest you need a wide implant. The dimensions of the implants are more important than the volume (cc). Im getting 14cm wide and moderate projection implants.
>4
Hit the gym. Developing your hips/butt/glutes is really important as it will help make the shoulders seem less broad. You can also try anavar if you want (non-androgenic steroid), lots of female fitness models use it.
>5
If still no hips and ass, you can do fat transfer to your ass AKA brazilian butt lift
>6
If your voice still doesn't pass after voice training you could get voice surgery with Yeson in Korea or Spiegel in Boston. This surgery can be pretty risky though so do try to change your voice with vocal training first. REALLY important: this has to be the last surgery you do as other surgeries may use intubation that can fuck up your vocal cords if they are not careful.

If you do all that stuff then I would say there is a 95% chance you will pass 100% considering you start at 18.
>>
>>5865982
>real AA like cyproterone acetate
hue
look, OP is rich enough to take firmagon (degarelix), so why wouldn't she? cost is literally the only thing stopping GnRH analogues being more widespread, and as an antagonist instead of an agonist, degarelix is the best.
>>
>>5865990
sure whatever is best, cypro gets my testosterone down at 0.3 so I dont really care, good enough for me
>>
>>5865982
also RE vocal feminization surgery, Yeson technique might be best for direct vocal cord augmentation and pitch, but Dr Thomas' thyrohyoid elevation also really helps from the examples i've heard IMO.
although those samples where the patient also got his full laryngoplasty, which is far more invasive than Yeson's, sound a bit... croaky, airy and otherwise bad, so thyrohyoid elevation only when it comes to Dr Thomas
>>
>>5865995
i'm mainly concerned about the side effects of cypro, such as the liver load, and cardio problems, which you don't get with degarelix.
>>
>>5866017
Thats a good point
>>
Babe, honestly know. You don't need anyones opinion here to tell. Just go look at ffs before and afters, everyone you can find and see the changes your self. A surgeon can't make your face suddenly round and oval shaped or suddenly make your jaw 40% smaller or give you a petite little princess nose or radically shorten your face. So no. Money can make you look female (depending on how much of a "manface" we are talking about with you.

6'1" HEAVILY depends on your body frame. Are you a big guy or a thin guy? A wide shouldered boney narrow hips guy or a even frame sloping shoulders guy? Get what I am saying.

No one can tell you that you will pass here. I can guarantee that some 18 year olds have the kind of genetics where ffs would not be enough to truly get them into female range.

Just giving my perspective

Real talk on ffs. DB is young and doesn't have the experience. Its just not right to claim hes "the best" when he only just started producing mtf results. I think hes pretty good though. Also you didn't mention Marcello Dimaggio who is probably better than Facial Team, Spiegel, or Harrison Lee.

Here's the hon.

Don't worry so much about passing. Get on hormones. Fuck guys. It will come. Girls irl are not all smoking hot 10s, the ones that are have massive issues.

Would you say Dimaggio is better than DB?
>>
Dr. Bart not even mentioned...
You make me question my decision, senpaitachi... surgery is on thursday.
>>
>>5866304
Dr Bart is good overall but his forheads are weird, like he adds more bone cement to make it round and doesn't remove a lot of bone. It works for some but not ideal for others
>>
>>5865982
>It is a synthetic anabolic steroid derivative of DHT
>Androgen receptor agonist
Umm are you sure Anvar has no masculinizing effects whatsoever? DHT is basically the thing that makes hons hons and the reason why I will never pass because of my alpha male body.
>>
>>5866320
that's really bizarre, given how his website extensively discusses different forehead options, says type i has only limited use, type ii (which involves the most bone cement filling) is overused by other surgeons, and that type iii does the best job
http://2pass.eu/procedures/forehead-recontouring/
i would have thought if he mainly did type ii's, he wouldn't be condemning them as the least ideal option and selling himself as doing mainly type iii's, and type i's when appropriate.
>>
>>5866228

Unless that's yearly income and not net worth, $2M is not even close rich. That's like 80-100k max yearly return.

You want the best shit, its going to cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars. Mommy and Daddy aren't going to give up half their life savings so you can become a real girl.

Otherwise don't bother. If you go the cheap mexican doctor route you're guaranteed to become a hun.
>>
>>5866356
Someone on mtfg had the type II reconstruction and it made them unpassable.
>>
>>5866379
Even if you get all the best surgeons and do all the surgery 120k is more than enough though
>>
>>5866320
>>5866356
ohhhhh.
i just scrolled down and he goes on about a 4th option.
if type 1 is shave
type 2 is shave and fill
type 3 is reconstruction
type 4 is reconstruction and fill
and yes, it says he does use that method a lot too so.
i plan on going with him still, i think that's only a problem if you have a serious neanderthal brow as depicted on the webpage, i don't, so i'm sure a type 3 would be fine for me and i could tell him to go easy on the cement lol.

>>5866382
ffs-anon?
rubbish, what he did to her bone structure itself didn't make her unpassing. she's still waiting on the baby hair to regrow around the incision, he may have messed her hairline up a bit, but aside from that the actual forehead reconstruction was a success IMO and she calls the photos she took with her friend "honest" when the before picture she had tidy brows and in the after picture she hasn't kept control of them. she needs to pluck her brows before judging, seriously.
>>
>>5866356
>The boneplate over the frontal sinuses is removed, thinned until the desired thickness is achieved and reshaped. Then the solid orbital rims are shaved. Finally the refined boneplate is fixed in place with titanium microscrews
>titanium
oh fuuck. i am allergic to titan so i guess that's it, i am hon for life
>>
>>5866413
depends on what your brow currently looks like, and how thick the frontal sinus bone is for you.
if your sinus bone is really thick, but also doesn't project out that much, you might still be okay.
>>
>>5866356
Well I'm getting type 1, nose job, chin job and lipofilling... can't get that bad, can it?

Fuck I been sitting here trembling for 2 hours cause I'm nervous.
>>
>>5866438
the important thing IMO, is that you've looked through his pretty extensive backcatalog of patients and you're happy with how those procedures turned out in them.
again, ffs-anon accused him of angle bending but some of his patients have taken and sent in their own after shots, and he takes front and side profiles as well as angled.
>>
>>5866254
Your going down the tranny rabbit hole. You'll be discriminated against just for existing. Money won't fix discrimination, love yourself and accept that we've dealt a shitty hand of cards.

Hrt one year, handful of relations with men that all told me I was sexy. I started believing it. I now know how desirable I am, no matter if I get hated on by strangers.

Gotta learn to say fuck um. Accepting myself and coming out to everyone was the best thing I did. Sure I get shit on but I'm happpppyyyyy and I caught me a straight boy. :)
>>
>>5866452
>happy with how those procedures turned out in them.
I'm not really sure if I am. It's just hard to judge, given all those people look kinda weird. I'm already pretty happy with my face, there's just a few details that do annoy me, which makes me ever more scared getting them fixed might actually do more damage than good. I'd say most of his after pics look better than the before, but a lot of those people have weird asymmetrical faces to start with.
>>
>>5866379
I grew up poor. $2M is rich as fuck to me.
Regarding what you said about costs, I'm not sure where you got the 'hundreds of thousands' number from but I've been looking into the costs myself and it seems to only be in like the $50-60k range for a shitload of surgeries using some of the highest rated surgeons.
>>
>>5866467
>You'll be discriminated against just for existing.
Assuming I pass well and am stealth, where's the discrimination going to come from? :'(

lemme give you my honest opinion. i don't want bart to do my nose.
soft tissue work is something he seems to get the most flak for, he's a bone man.
looking at the portfolio i see that he is able to do simple, subtle and effective rhinoplasties, but he doesn't do them all the time, and i think it turns out worst for those who perhaps didn't need much of a rhinoplasty in the first place and he evidently couldn't be sleight about it.

take Erika for example. I looked at those before and after photos for ages and I was amazed at how subtle the bonework seemed yet how much of an effect it had.
but look at the side profile of her nose, and it SCREAMS nosejob. she didn't really need one to start with and he just scooped it out!
so really, try and stress that with him, not to go heavy on the nose especially if you're starting with a nose that would already pass as feminine enough.
>>
>>5866506
>who perhaps didn't need much of a rhinoplasty
My nose is huge though, there's gonne be a lot of bone work involved. You could probably take a good cm off of the tip and shave the rest to match.
Erika looks fine from the side, but the front view looks kinda crooked.
>>
>>5866413
Dr DB use medical grade steel "screws"
>>
>>5866527
yeah her bridge looks splayed out or something i'm not sure.
but i'm going to err on the side of caution and get my nose done by a surgeon specialising in it first and foremost. i'll probably get rhino done first and substantially sooner than everything else (because my nose is broken anyway and needs fixing regardless of feminization.
from bart i want forehead reconstruction, jaw shave and chin work (although for me i think i won't need a full on sliding genioplasty).
it's hard to judge the suitability of everything you're getting done with him without knowing what you're starting with.
>>
>>5866498
you forgot breast augmentation. but there's no way in hell i'm gonna have voice surgery, so it comes out to about the same (or a little cheaper probably)
>>
>>5866614
Why no VFS?
>>
>>5866622
because i'm pretty sure i can get there with training, and not risk going dumb
>>
>>5865300
jenner is a hon because the bitch is 6'3" and was a former olympic athlete. that body was surging with testosterone levels higher than any other mtf for decades.

fuck knows why jenner doesn't get voice surgery, the voice is the most disturbing part of the presentation tbqh
>>
>>5866772
plus she transitioned in her 60s. that doesn't help
>>
>>5866266
No I have no idea who is "better". DB can do type 3 forehead reconstruction so hes already better than vast majority of ffs guys. But it doesn't change the fact hes only been doing ffs for like a year or so
>>
>>5866356
I felt I was tricked by him with all that type 3 talk. He clearly does not do type 3. He shaves, smooths. And then corrects any angular issues with bone cement. He doesn't actually break the sinus like in type 3
>>
>>5866413
Dimaggio doesn't use metal. He reshaped the bone and uses cuts he makes in the bone for retention. No screws. So I mean thats an option for you
>>
>>5866452
I think Dr. Bart has accurate ffs pictures. Far more accurate than the likes of Spiegel, Z, or any of the california surgeons. Facial teams seem accurate but they always have them wear make up if you notice
>>
>>5865300
120 grand? Holy shit dude. It would take me decades to earn that much

Idk maybe you are right and I am all mean and insecure on the inside but I don't take what some horned up guys say to me that want to get their tranny fetish satiated. Just cause those guys say you look hot and all that shit doesn't mean much cause they are thinking with their cocks
>>
>>5866966
take seriously*
>>
You're already in a pretty rough spot but here's what you can do.

You can't change your height or overall face shape. HRT will give you boobs, soft skin, softer features, and likely make you feel mentally well.

Surgery can reshape your face to the point of having a nearly 100% passable face. SRS is a crapshoot when it comes to how it'll look but it'll probably be functional and isn't necessary. You can get a BA to have larger (although faker looking) breasts. You can likely achieve a female voice with some effort but also there is a surgery for that. Lastly if you're willing to take on the risks you can have ass implants too which can make even a tall person like you look much more feminine.

So you'll always be a tall long faced girl. But if you're lucky and pay a lot for surgeries you can be the best tall longfaced girl out there.

You're not a hon so don't expect to end up like Jenner. Most of his impassibility is age related anyways.

You should start hormones ASAP and see how that works for you.
>>
>>5865300
I was 6'1" before hormones, i'm 5'11" now.

It's a tough world cookie.
"Oh so and so that went to your high school told me you used to be a guy, who ever did your "work" is amazing, who does your make up, have you got the snip snip?"

Yea, call it what you will. It's 2016 it's kinda hard to burn all bridges and never talk to anyone/hide forever.

People will shit on you. Fact. No amount of money or nose jobs will fix that. You can become defensive and say I'm a hon whatever. People hate trannys even passable ones. Sorry

>>
>>5867338
Nah. I just transed early, and have a fucked up back (scoliosis runs in my family). Losing height usually happens for most people that trans before 25 or so, do to the shifting of certain structures orientation (namely the hips and spinal column) as well as reduction in muscle mass decreasing the stretch of certain bones. Bones are still slightly pliable until they stop growing, after all. I was lucky I lost as much as I did. It's not common, but its not unheard of. Usually the earlier you trans, the more likely you are to lose height.

>>5873564
You should email them first. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. I know planning surgery has a lot of things involved like the consultation, lab work, pre-op check up, etc.

San Francisco is ridiculously expensive, so hotels and food and such will cost you an arm and a leg. If you want to save a little money then Americas Best Value Inn & Suites by the airport is a nice compromise for price and amenities. The rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave, and you can just Uber to and from downtown. Also, you can enter and leave your room pretty much unseen, so you have some added privacy compared to staying in a downtown hotel with door men and loads of tourists.

Also, the ladies at Dr. D's office can get you in contact with a woman named Hope who can take care of you post-op (like pick you up from surgery and get you food and such) for at hourly rate.
>>
>>5873881
Interesting. I just had a tracheal shave in January, and my consultation in November or December cost $500. Also, just being a tracheal shave, the consultation was pretty short, definitely under an hour.
