In reference to right now as opposed to when I was 13, I think the fact that I cringe at a lot of porn acting and fake orgasms. When I watch regular porn I know it's fake so I don't feel very drawn in by it, I know it's two people who don't care about each other at all. If I do watch it I watch amateur because it feels more real, even though it's not. With hentai/yaoi, they only have a certain range of expressions, and it's also translated so it ranges from ridiculous to corny.
