I think that misses the whole point of privilege. Sure, in some cases privilege is hard to define as a magnitude (i.e. whether men or women are more privileged). But the whole point of the concept is that some people are advantaged over others, and I think cis people definitely have many advantages over trannies but trannies don't really have any advantages to balance it out.
