I kind of opted out from hairline advancement at last moment because I was afraid that my hairs loose density (they are really very weak and spare). Now I think it was a mistake and that I wont achieve my goals with hair transplant alone. Also I was extremely proud of my baby hairs around my hairline - the surgeon cut it all out (I knew he'll do that so it's not his fault).
