I want to start transitioning mtf, reading and researching before I do anything.
Just read that if you're taller than 6'0 you'll be a hon and you'll never make it. I saw people saying that they're 6'1 and they passed. Is this true?
Then, someone said that female models are 5'11-6'0 and that if you're taller it's harder to pass. Haven't seen anyone posting that they're taller than 6'1 and passed.

Get hair removal, estrogen, and get in shape. If after a few years you fail, then you can an hero.

You may or may not be able to pass for cis at that height, but if you look and sound female besides the height issue then you should be fine. Even people who don't necessarily pass but still look beautiful and attractive get treated really well, no surprise there.

Don't know about you but tbhqyf whenever I see someone who has had that much work done I kind of assume they're trans.
Anyway OP, I'm 6'1 as well and I haven't had a hard time passing. I kinda like the exotic tall girl thing I have going on. Might be harder at 6'4 but you never know.

I've a feminine face, but I'm really tall, and due to this my shoulders are relatively wide. Those are the only things I'm worried about. Shoulders are about 19 inches wide. Not sure if I can do anything about this, whether it would be surgery or something else.

I don't think that someone will question if a cis female is cis if she's taller than 6'0
Voice, hair, face, mannerisms are the keys to pass I believe, not height
