Breast and hip augmentation are about 10k.

When i was 18 i had some sperg out and became horribly depressed over it, got therqpy, and i think i realised that the thing that depressed me most was the dread of what would become of me. I was anxious about being trans, not about my self exactly. I bought hormones but actually once they arrived i just realised i was fine, i didnt need therapy, and now i only get manageably anxious and depressed at times. Probably helps that im more busy and i drink casually

Hint, as of 2004 50,000 to 70,000 some MtF SRS surgeries had been done up to 2004 in the US alone. That is from reported numbers by a number of US based surgeons, and extrapolating for the rest. No counting for US citizens going to foreign surgeons, and for distinguishing foreign or domestic recipients of those surgeries done in the US.
It appears that less than 10% of MtFs opt for SRS, but the percentage may be increasing with the increasing quality of the surgery. Self reporting numbers gives us a best guess of 700,000 to 1,200,000 transgender persons in the USA. Less than 50% need to do some accommodation to be comfortable with themselves.
