Smile more and talk ever so slightly higher every day, so eventually you jaunt sound higher. So it will be super easy to sound like a girl . Just lower your voice when talking to friends.

No. There is no software that will reliably and believably make you sound like a girl. Just do the work in developing your vocal range and control, like trannies. It takes a couple months of practice if you aren't clinically retarded.
