How common is it to find one, and do most trans people you see online still have their original genitals?

Are you asking about MtFs specifically or in general? Because percentages are different for both populations (don't know the exact numbers, but basically genital surgery is far less common in FtMs) so the average for the whole trans population isn't gonna give you an accurate picture
