well, I take bicalutamide as an AA, it's... not as bad as spiro. I can get erections, but they're usually pretty weak ones, and I cum like maybe a drop or two. I'm pretty sure my fertility is shot because the cum's almost entirely clear. Spiro was like that too though, so ymmv..

basically, don't take anti-androgens if you want to have erections and sperm.

Erections, yes. Fertility, no. I've been on HRT for four years and I can still get hard and keep it hard when I want to with the added bonus of no longer having unwanted spontaneous erections. On the other hand, I can no longer ejaculate, which is also a bonus because clean up is much less tedious.

And I'm on Cyproterone Acetate. Spontaneous erections aren't really a thing anymore, so I need to be sure to masturbate a couple times a day to keep the tissue healthy(ish). Erection is possible, but it takes more work. Ejaculation... I don't think I can do that anymore.
