I read here a few months ago herbal feminization supplements ruin your receptors for when you start actual hrt. Is this true? Google isnt helping ne find an answer. I just want it to tide me over till i start but not if itll hurt me in the long run when i do start hrt

Not unless that's a specific side-effect of something you've found. They bind to the same receptors, though, so having them in your system while on HRT is counterproductive since herbals are much less potent.
