i think there are a handful of clinics in the US, and people sometimes travel hundreds of miles or more (or sometimes out of the country) depending on the surgeon's specialties and other factors
luckily I planned for my growth, I bound my chest when I was younger around 11-12 so it wouldn't grow as large, only thing I couldn't do anything about was my shoulders, which kind of sucks but certain clothes can obscure your shoulders and make them less noticeable so it's not too bad, I knew a girl when I was in highschool that had really wide shoulders so I would ask her for tips on shoulders and stuff
