This. It's your perogative if you want to use condoms for oral, but it's certainly not very common. And just so you know, the risk of catching HIV from oral sex is vanishingly small -- I think there have only been one or two medically confirmed cases of it ever occurring, and those were for the receiver. If you're the one getting your dick sucked, I'm not sure it it would be even theoretically possible for you to catch it, unless you've got open wounds on your dick.
Herpes, of course, is a much more realistic thing to worry about -- but condoms aren't going to help you there, unfortunately.
