Italian is a freaking sexy language, atleast to me (and a lot of girls; never talked about it to gay guys). Don't know about the gay community per capita thing you asked about.

This thread is strange for a number of reasons:
1) With English and Spanish you can already speak to almost everyone in the US. The benefit of another language is not very great, unless you move. If you want to improve your dating prospects, working on your body or career or even going out more seem like better options.
2) There aren't really any languages with a particularly high number of gay speakers per capita. Most languages are quite similar, except that non-Western languages like Arabic would have a lot fewer openly gay speakers.
3) The number of gay spakers per capita is not what matters most for meeting fellas. If anything, it's the total number of speakers would be a better figure to go by. If there was an invented language that was only spoken by three gays then its population of speakers would be 100% gay, but I'd still much rather speak English if I wanted to pick up qt guys.
But if I had to answer your question more seriously, I would say Portuguese because Brazil is a populous country with a well-known gay scene so it might be a good choice if you're a hedonistic and promiscuous homosexual. In my nearest city, Dublin, the (three) gay bars always have a lot of Brazilian patrons.
Or maybe Chinese if you like the Asian boys. It might also be good if you want to do business abroad because of China's rapidly growing economy :)

I thought Minnesota was actually a pretty nice albeit quiet state. In the US, there's a negative correlation between a state's latitude and most socially ills, and I think Minnesota does quite well on a lot of measures. The population is well educated.

But really the gayest language is English. Everywhere you go, gays tend to speak English and be westernized. You should just learn whatever language you like, or taking other factors into consideration (such as, the languages with most media produced, which is extremely important imo).
