Almost everything about porn is fake. You can find those kind of scars on non trans women too. And a lot of guys use either crushed up viagra or inject chemicals straight into their dicks to be able to perform. It's theater, not reality.

Porn stars have to have breast implants several times for them to get up to those giant sizes. The stuff that you see in porn isn't usually what people get when they get plastic surgery.
