While I experienced many positive changes from HRT there are also more annoying ones that worry me like
- I can't sleep 8 hours anymore
- I have to pee a lot (not on spiro)
- I get weird itchy bumps that appear out of nowhere on arms and thighs that over time diminish in size but never go away and resemble washed out freckles after some time
- hair on my head grows much slower now
- healing takes forever
Will all this ever go away? What other adverse effects you had?

- developed anorexia
- developed severe dry eyes and might need surgery
- developed more social anxiety issues
- developed more depression
- bruise easier
- tire easier
- weaker
