some winter tips that might come in useful:
Irritated area between the nose and lips due to constant nose whipping:
>exfoliate the area
>apply warm water
>wait like 30 seconds/1 minute so the skin absorbs it
>apply pig lard on the area
>go to sleep
>wash your face in the morning and apply some kind of a lotion (if you don't mind the smell/have nowhere to go use pig lard again)
after 2-3 nights your skin will get much much better if not completely restored
also, pig lard is the best for skin recovery, but the smell just ruins it...

>after brushing your teeth brush your lips with your tooth brush (might hurt a little for the first time) to remove the dried/dead skin cells

1) Biotin While controversial in it's effectiveness.. I feelt that Biotin worked wonders for my length and volume. It could have simply been a placebo effect, but what do you have to lose considering a 3 month supply will probably cost yo less than $5 2) Don't use cheap brushes! I exclusively use a boar hair brush or my fingers, there are alternatives that are safe but cheap brushes are always a no no in my book. 3) Let your hair air dry when possible.
