I've got huge irrational fears about my voice, been a major cause for depression but I just can't do it. It's like that damn anxiety to go outside. No good reason, but a mental blockade.

I picked up Thyroxine yesterday cause thyroid hypofunction is all my last blood test indicated. Kinda scared it doesn't actually help...
Felt suicidal for the most part of this year so I kinda hoped it was cancer, but now I really hope it ain't.
I'll see a doc soon, my anxiety hasn't been all that bad lately so I'll prolly manage.
