It's no secret males and females have different body settings and the way body process, metabolize, heal, gets sick, fends off infection varies by sex which may partially be linked to hormones. For instance autoimmune disorders are more common among females while lethal infections among males. Will the body of a transwoman follow a male pattern, female pattern or a mixed system pattern of diseases?
It most likely depends on whether the particular disease is more influenced by genetics or hormone levels, I imagine there's a range.

What for the most part determines your health is your hormone levels, as they have a direct impact on how your body functions.
If you're mtf and get on proper medication, and properly suppress your testosterone, you'll pretty much drop down to female levels of blood levels. You may no longer even reach the male reference values, but are within the female ones.
