I am sorry lads but the only way i can think of killing this creature is through a space-based weapon such as a kinetic kill vehicle, ie, an asteroid, a tungsten or depleted uranium. This happened in godzilla versus megaguirus and the satellite shoots miniature black holes. It does nothing.
As in it causes no damage to him at all the first time. Later they fire it at him and he just disappears (lolwormholes) and comes back later.
Also in that movie he's shown to be able to detect the incoming black hole and shoot it with his atomic breath. He does something similar in Final Wars. This indicates godzilla can engage objects reentering the atmosphere at extreme speeds, which is fucking horrifying.
