What are the requirements for joining the French Foreign Legion? How hard is the selection procedure?

Honestly it helps but they're going to do the physical tests after a week or two of making run a bunch and giving you little food so your numbers are going to be much lower. Also they care more about you being health and being of good mental stability/mindset then they are about your physical fitness as they will just end up giving you lower calories then you expend so you will lose weight. After you lose the weight they build you back up as a legionnaire
