P99 AS, PPQ, PPK, and PPK/S are all top tier. The PPX is the best money/quality ratio double stack poly gun on the market. I will admit though that their advertising in the US sucks and they would dominate the niche market if they brought back some of their DA/SA designs.

P1 mockup of a P38k. They only made 2800 P38k's and fewer than that were imported so they cost a bit more than it did for me to do a conversion. The real deals lack a safety, dust cover, full hammer spur, and a few other minor changes, they're closer to the P4.

Call it what you want, its still dope as fuck and you don't have one.
should I get a Mosin or an M48 as my first milsurp?
>>30589753
With current prices get a M48.
Got this pristine one for $250.

No reason not to get an M48 except ammo prices. For the same price the Masuers are much better honestly, I've been trying to love my Mosin for years now.

Since the price of Mosin food has skyrocketed (although 25-30 cents per round is still out there, just hard to find) I'd say get the Mauser. The trigger is pretty good and you'd be hard pressed to find an M48 with a shot out barrel.
>tfw the gunsmith hasn't been able to work on my Krag yet
>haven't even shot it yet
Brought it to him to fix a butt stock crack and to cut a little off the end of the barrel to square it up because bubba cut it crooked. It's near carbine length and a repro upper handguard will make it look similar to a 1898 carbine.
