Actually a 22mm fired out of a modified Obrez would have marginal to no recoil, and the 22mm round might fall on the firer's foot.
Anything immediately in front of the firer has likely suffered from severe powder burns.

it depends on the round and the weight of gun, one of the reasons a 92fs has low recoil is because it is pretty heavy for a relatively small round
