Unlike those basement dwellers with the vss project a couple years ago, I have the means to produce the parts to make a superficial copy with vz.58 running gear in a custom receiver, using .300 blackout. Just gotta do a little more research on the dimensions.
If you wanted to be super autistic, 9.3 barrels and bullets are available, and a sizing die for 7.62x39 brass could easily be made. You'd need a chamber reamer as well. It would double the cost of the project and you'd be tied to complicated handloads using limited selection brass and bullets. Not worth it for me, so I'll take the scorn of using memeout. Also I can't find a fast twist 9.3 blank.

Patriot Park and no they don't. The shooting gallery isn't open yet and I don't recall them saying they'll have a VSS, just a general 'military weapons' statement. You can however visit the tank museum, Guerrilla Village, and the exhibition center with a bunch of neato vehicles.
(Also entry for citizens like me is 6 bucks, thank you cheap af ruble.)
