Anyone else just use 3 in 1?
Can't tell if joking or not, but my dad used 3 in 1 on all his guns for years. Could never figure out why they jammed so often.
Couple years ago sat him down and we did a deep clean of 3 of them. Then replaced all the 3 in 1 with Hoppes and EWG.
I use 3-in-1 for wipe down and that's it.
Any fucking oil is fine if properly and correctly applied.

Fuck off with that vid, he didn't disprove shit. The claim is that over lubrication will cause excessive buildup which it does and many videos have shown it will jam a gun after a few mags. Two rounds is obviously not near enough to cause any kind of buildup.

Because shit, I already run the 5w40 diesel oil in my boxster, I'd love to run it through my guns too. Might just try it anyway, actually.
