Browning Hi-Power vs S&W Model 39?
They both seem like great guns, but is there an outright winner?

Hi-Power.

S&W. Always S&W.
Always.

>Barrel length 4” (102mm)
>Capacity: Single-stack 8 round 9mm

BHP
>Weight 35oz./2.2lbs (1kg)
>Length 7.8" (197mm)
>Barrel length 4.7" (119mm)
>Capacity: Double-stack 13 round 9mm

39 will be marginally thinner, shorter, and lighter, but could be made into an ASP if you have the money. The BHP has more ammo at the cost of being heftier, but has that 1911-esque appeal. I personally prefer the S&W 39.
BHP. Having owned several 2nd and 3rd Gen S&W's, I can say the TDA triggers suck. The magazine disconnect on the BHP is easily removed. And BHP magazines are a third the price of M39 mags.
S&W 5906 is better than both desu

The 1911

50cal deagle, it simply blows these old guns for fags away with the shockwave from the cartridge alone
13 (or 15) in a SA beats 8 in a DA.
I want both.

The glock on the top has faster fire rate, more bullet spread and faster reload.

Shouldn't you be in summer school, trying to get out of middle school?
Are S&W Model 39s C&R yet?
Marylandfag here and thats the only easy way to get one
I like my BHP for the ergos, but really like the DA/DA on my sig P220. Does the SW 39 have a sig-like trigger? I'd like to have something that feels like a HiPower but in DA/SA. Any suggestions?
