His is the Tornado-6, which is just an altered Uragan-5. Wouldn't it make sense that he carries 12 gauge because his weapon originally fires that? It never states that he uses different ammunition than 12 gauge in MGSV. Most people assume that he carries 12 and maybe a few slug rounds.
