Take off ALL the wood and plastic you can, then stick it in the oven as low as it will go above 230 Fahrenheit. Leave it in for an hour or so and using a good oven mitt, pull the bolt back. Have a pot of boiling water ready to wash the glue out.

OP, just pour more glue down the barrel, this will cause the dried glue to re-wet itself and should allow you to dislodge the casing.
Before the dry glue gets too wet you will need a dowel shoved town the barrel and let it sit overnight.
Make sure the barrel is full of glue.

The big problem here is that gorilla glue is literally liquid polyurethane, aka spray insulation. There is no solvent for this, the only way to remove it is mechanical removal or beating in the fuck out and scraping out the remnants.
