Black and white are cheaper.
Usually the trap media will not be black so there is better contrast on target with black when compared to white (why the target color isn't the other way around).
I have been seeing a lot more blue, orange, and pink at ranges now. It stands out even more.

Probably the cheapest ink.
I like the blue or green targets better, I can usually see the basic black sights better on my hand guns in some of the shitty indoor ranges I go to with bad lighting.
