Fondle, but not shoot?
What NFA items has everybody actually fired?
My list:
M60
F2000
P90
H&K g36
MP5
AK47
MAC 11
Thompson M1a1
Scar
M16s with .458 SOCOM, .50 Beowulf, .300 AAC Blackout, and 5.56mm uppers
And a 40mm launcher
I'm a gun owner who doesn't currently own any NFA items. Is there any reason to set up an NFA trust before 41f comes into effect on July 13th?
I understand it would be beneficial if I were actually purchasing NFA items before that date, but I don't really see the advantage in just setting up the trust.
Just graduated college, starting a job soon, so I'm too broke to buy any NFA items at the moment.
Had a dream last night that a built a suppressed .277 wolverine similar to this thing, but with buffalo horn panels instead of sculpted wood. About halfway through fiddling with some weird electronic bit that looked like a scar bolt I realized I was dreaming and the sadness set in

>Three position giggle switch.
Wut
>>30442941
That is just fucking lewd.
>>30442841
With a trust if you die your beneficiary can take any guns or items in the trust with minimal paper work with you filing as an individual when you die all stamps need to be refiled
>>30443098
The question was if he should file before the changes even if he isn't getting any NFA items at this time.
>>30443098
I understand this. I plan to get a trust, I just wanted to know if there is any benefit to getting one before July 13th...
assuming that I don't own and will not be purchasing any NFA items before that date.
The only benefits I see relating to filing before the 13th pertain to filing actual form 1s and 4s... but I'm also no expert in all this legal stuff.
>>30442186
Then he'd be a Muslim
>>30443157
>>30443176
Then no nothing changes in making a trust only putting in stamps
>>30443235
Cool, thanks for clarifying. I guess I'll just hold on until I have some money saved up for a few SBR's and supressors... maybe actually get a legit trust lawyer instead of one of those sketchy online deals.
