Hell no. They managed it once when nobody expected it and the defense force totaled about 6 guys that weren't even infantry and had no equipment because nobody expected to be fighting anything stronger than the wind. Even if the permanent garrison was reduced Argentina has had decades of nil expenditure on their armed forces, to an extent that it's highly doubtful they could get any force to the Falklands, let alone do any fighting once they arrived. /k/ shitpostathons about ninja container ship based invasion forces are more viable than their actual capabilities.
