Only time I have seen this is with Golden Tiger 7.62x39, when they would put something like 400 cases up, let it sell out, and then put another 400 cases up a day or two later. Honestly, it stops rich fuckheads from completely buying them out before the average Joe has a chance to see what they have in stock. No one is forcing you to buy from them just because they only have a few items listed as in stock.

Are you sure they allow steel case, though? Most of them only let you bring brass case and then claim the discarded brass.
This is also the only reason why certain ranges ban AKs.
Mine, for example, allows you to bring your own ammo but bans reloads and certain brands: no Tula, Wolf, Brown Bear, Red Army Standard, and surplus ammo, but doesn't ban Golden Tiger. They think they're sneaky by not overtly banning steel cased ammo, but idgaf. You pick up the steel and they never know the difference.

They do that because they are too lazy to pick out the steel case from the bulk brass they sell to recyclers/reloaders.
Some ranges even say you cannot pick up your own brass 'in an attempt to prevent people from using their reloads'

And yes OP, $0.14/rd is pretty damn good. Just keep in mind, you gonna need an ammobox and dessicant to store that shit, cause its will rust if you look at it the wrong way. You may want to get some Wolf blackbox, its double lacquer sealed and usually only a cent or two more.
