The only thing /k/ related my dad has done are

That's it. He didn't own a real gun until a few years ago when it turns out one of grand dad's gun (a tiny llama in 380) showed up and was given to him by one of his siblings. My dad got jew's out of inheritance, since he was working in the US when grand dad passed and stuff with split among his six other siblings.
He's currently VP in a tech company and is retiring soon. He also owns a restaurant and is starting up a business that has something to do with cellphones.
My old man is nothing too special, he has been a metal worker in the same factory for 34 years.
In his spare time he works on motorcycles, and he has like 5 of them.
Oh, and he was a grenadier in the army back in 80' something.
