So I picked this up over the weekend, and added these wood grips.
The wood is really nice, and it has the S&W emblem embedded on one side. The only things is, Im starting to think the handle looks a little big for the gun. I may opt to go with some boot grips and return these....
your thoughts?

Another pic...Im just afraid if I go with boot grips, firing magnum rounds is not going to be fun. This grip is solid, and if FL was an open carry state, I would keep these grips for sure.
Looks nice.

only problem is I dont have the cash.
>tfw its got a 6 inch barrel, exactly what ive been wanting
My grips are almost the exact same size but the black and grey one doesn't really look it, looks smaller.

But I do like what this company did to this Ruger. But I'm not sure if shooting .454.casull with small grips is a good idea. So my amateur opinion is yours looks fine.

Have you looked at Altamonte grips? They make some solid stuff.

Beautiful. 3" is a great size for carry too.

Thank you. I went ahead and ordered boot grips from Altamont Co as well. Once i get them in, i am gonna go to the range and try both.
Hopefully the range guy wont get pissed that im switching out grips hehe.
