Any of the steel framed colts are anywhere between 250 -300 without tax. Remington go for more.
last time i was on armslist Nagant revolvers could be had for 300-350. a colt with tax depending on which you get will be the same.
unless in the last 3 months or so hand nuggets suddenly jumped to 400+
then you might as well get a mak or a surplus CZ. hell keltec and ruger make 350ish handguns that would be smarter than a Percussion revolver.

I've never shot mine indoors because most indoor ranges don't allow black powder, but they're not that loud. ( although earpro is still recommended) especially since what you're shooting will be subsonic.
