The p320 is an excellent pistol, on our with the glock, but the glock has a different feel to it, to me at least. Regardless, the p320 is well made, reliable, and has one of the best stock triggers on the market, in my opinion.

P320 owner here. Yes, but I strongly encourage you to buy the P320 Compact and then buy the P320 Carry grip module.
That way you can get a full size grip with 17 and 21 round magazines, but keep the smaller slide.
I will never buy another Glock. The 42 sucked and the 43 is literally fuckhuge and a disappointment. Glock didn't seem to understand that without their WonderMags they won't have a captive marketplace, so they actually have to compete with the other options.
Glock went from an A+ Tenifer finish to a D- shit finish.
I have a 23 gen 3, 27 gen 3, 19 gen 4, 21 gen 3, and a 17 gen 3, plus a 42 and 43. The 17 slide finish is absolutely horrid. It scratched on the second day. I'm going to have to get it cerakoted because the finish is actually that awful. Fuck Glock.

P320 carrier here. full size. it's a fantastic gun for its price. stock trigger is definitely the most impressive stock trigger i've ever fingered on a DAO gun.

I recommend dry firing them and just feeling how they are overall. If I'm not mistaken the bore axis on the p320 is somewhat higher than the glock. Which people both about, but is not an issue at all.
To piggy back off of what >>30314933 said, the carry model is awesome and gives you the ability for a more cc friendly one if that gets you off.
It's easily a flock replacement. The trigger travel and reset are awesome as I said before. But really just fondle the shit out of them, try dry firing if possible, check out the trigger reset. The p320 is a sweet gun and for me, beat the shit out of the glock and Walther p99 in comfort and in ergonomics. It's an awesome gun.

P320 is SAO senpai. The trigger resets but does not refire the striker. It merely resets because it would be more mechanically complex to have the slide reset the trigger due to its modular nature.
The slide must travel in order to fire the striker = SAO, though SA and DA don't translate very well to strikers.
