Cant defer specific updates. Safe mode is broken and pointless, your pc needs to function in normal mode for safe mode to work. Full of glitches that cause the start menu and taskbar to stop functioning permanently, requiring a format and reinstall. Touch screen keyboard is still utter garbage. Control panel is a debilitating hybrid of modern and classic interfaces.

The stock settings spy on you so badly it's actually a HIPAA violation to use them on a network that touches healthcare data. (Yes, really. Buy it, CZ makes phenomenal bolt actions. If you're not happy with the barrel length take it to a gunsmith and have them cut and re-crown it.
I've played with the idea of trading my Weatherby Vanguard Sub-MOA out for a CZ 550 Western but I killed a moose with my rifle so I'm a little sentimental about it.
