What is your hunting loadout /k/?
Mine is an umarex fuel, with a 3-9x32 scope.
I small game hunt, so I don't wear anything special, I use bird calls on my phone to lure doves.
How about you?

Do you eat the doves?
What does it sound like when those doves cry?
Deer: 7mm Rem Mag Remington 700 BDL with 4-16x50 Burris XTR
Clothes are just mossy oak jeans and jacket, I stack on base layers to keep warm
Turkey: Remington 1100 wrapped in a bunch of camo tape
Same mossy oak outfit for deer, but rarely any base layers. Also a vest with a dozen pockets I never and a flip down pad which is really nice. I've been using the same box call since day one.
Squirrel: Remington 504 with 4x28 Leupold
Same mossy oak getup as deer

Yes definitely, they are delicious

You ever been to Texas?

The only things I really hunt for are fox+ sized predators to keep the cats safe in my little woodland neighborhood.
>fox
Benjamin nitro .22 with crossman piranhas, or Winchester model 72 .22
>bobcat
Winchester 72 with CCI stingers or H&R handy rifle in .223. I want to get a .17 or .22 mag for bobcats specifically.
>coyotes
H&R .223 when on farms, with more than 50yd shooting distance, Mossman 500 12ga with 00 for more confined wooded areas like high tension power lines.
Always carry a backup when innawoods, usually my gp100.

>not learning how to lure using wood carved stuff or learning to do it by yourself.
If doves werent so stupid i would be mad at you

Cool I guess. I'd try it.

Only driven through it a few times. Is it a local favorite?

Dove hunting is extremely popular in Texas.
The fields used for hunting are full of these.
303 for roos, emu, wild dog
akkar 12g for rabbits/foxes/cats
